TraceDoS:
A GUI Simulator for Denial of Service (DoS) Attack Traceback
A graphical simulator that
simulates well know DoS traceback algorithms. The tool's
intended uses are:
- research use - to generate random topologies, simulate
DoS attacks and evaluate the performances of well known
traceback algorithms, and plot performance results.
- pedagogical use - to create user defined topology
graphically, interactive feature to change network
parameters, simulate DoS attacks and visualization of the
traceback results.
Features:
- graphical front end
- random topology generator
- implements well known traceback algorithms
- batch and interactive simulation capabilities
- graphical topology editor
- graphical performance plots
- file management tools
