Bapiraju Vinnakota received the B.Tech degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, India in 1987, and the Ph.D. degree from Princeton University, Princeton, NJ, in 1991, both in Electrical Engineering.
He has been an Assistant Professor with the Department of Electrical Engineering at the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, MN since 1991. He also held a short-term position at AT&T Bell Labs in 1990. He received the Career award from the National Science Foundation in 1995. His research interests include CAD for testing, design for test and analog and mixed-signal testing.
