Sept 24, 1999 - The TA asked me to clarify the homework policy for the note for Sept. 16. The homework for Chapter 2 was due on Sept 23. If you did not hand it in, please do so on next Tuesday at the latest. All future homework must be handed in on time.

Sept. 16, 1999 - Regarding homework assigned through the lecture of Thur, Sep 02, 1999, you may turn it in anytime before Sept. 30 and still get full credit. However, I recommend that you attempt to do it before the first exam so you will have some experience working with similiar problems that may be on the exam.
