Abstract: This paper provides a comprehensive list of books, reports, workshops and technical papers related to voltage stability and security.

Introduction: During the past fifteen years, there has been a continually increasing interest and investigation into voltage instability and collapse. As this interest has grown, the literature has also grown. The first paper related to voltage instability was appeared in ref [276]. Venikov [275] proposed the first criteria for detecting the point of voltage collapse. Even though voltage instability is known for long time, active work involving voltage stability started in 80's. The references are divided into five groups. First, three groups contain the information on books [3--5], reports [6--23]and workshops [24--28] related to voltage stability. Group four lists in chronological order the papers [29--273] directly related to voltage stability. Group five contains papers [274--283] that describe power system failures related to voltage problems. Group six contains papers [284--305] that are related to voltage security.
